Meet Ruby
I became a psychologist to help people on their journey of healing and growth, offering support during life’s toughest moments and celebrating their wins along the way. I see myself as a cheerleader for my clients, always in their corner as they navigate challenges and embrace their strengths.
I use a strengths-based, collaborative approach that’s guided by your needs and goals. My focus areas include body image, anxiety, depression, burnout, self-care, work and school stress, general mental health, and substance use. Together, we’ll work to uncover insights, build resilience, and create positive change in your life.
In therapy, I aim to be relaxed, approachable, and down-to-earth. Humour often finds its way into our sessions, as I believe it can be a powerful tool for connection and healing.
Outside of work, I love a good reformer pilates session, spending time with my family, exploring nature, and discovering new places.
